On the 28th November 2009, the GTZ Health Sector Programme participated in the relaunch of the book ‘Playing by their Rules’ and witnessed the Moving the Goalpost (MTG) final championship tournament that was held in Kilifi.
Mr Simon Stumpf, the Desk Officer for Kenya and Somalia at the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), is in Kenya for the second time this year - 29th November to 5th December 2009 - to visit and review projects supported by the German Government.
A study that was sponsored by the GTZ Health Sector Programme was one of the presentations during the Annual Review Meeting 2010: University of Nairobi STD/AIDS Collaborative Group.

GTZ Health Sector Programme in line with the government’s goal of developing an Accreditation Policy and Health Facilities Accreditation Framework, which aims at establishing and operationalizing an accreditation system, provided support in conducting a design and feasibility study on accreditation.
